Aerial work
Thanks to the experience gained since the start of the company, the professionalism of the pilots and the reliability of the technical operators, assistants and the equipment used, HELI-TV SA is capable of offering any type of aerial work with the utmost punctuality and safety. In certain instances, it is only possible to work in remote and otherwise inaccessible areas with the help of a helicopter, as all other forms of ground transport cannot get through. The corporate philosophy of HELI-TV SA is not just to simply transport equipment, but to offer a dedicated transport service. What is the difference? Quite a lot: the customer is the most important asset for the company, and creating a transport service is representative of the special care that all the staff at HELI-TV SA have in their dedication to solving the specific problems their customers face
TRANSPORTATION OF ALL KINDS OF EQUIPMENT
We transport of all kinds equipment, from helping farmers to transporting hay, or sacks and racks of glasses. It does not stop there: pianos, swimming pools and much more besides.
SUPPLIES TO SHELTERS/CABINS
Our company has been supplying Alpine shelters and pastures throughout Ticino for many years. Helicopters have to be used in situations where it is not possible to reach isolated places by land. Thanks to our many years of experience we offer our customers complete support with a team of experts ready at hand to intervene at any time.
SUPPLYING CONSTRUCTION SITES/CONCRETE CASTING
We also provide support for construction companies, which, in certain circumstances, require the use of a helicopter for transporting cement and equipment for structural work. Our company has a number of buckets for carrying concrete and rocks.
FIRE FIGHTING SERVICE
When HELI-TV SA is called upon for its services, it can be at the site of the fire in just a matter of minutes. It has several buckets with a carrying capacity of 1,000 to 4,300 litres each. If need be, it can as a matter of urgency use its own Super Puma.
INSTALLATION OF ROOFS/ASSEMBLING OF PREFABRICATED HOMES
Thanks to the experience and skill of our pilots, we are able to position beams and lintels with precision as well as all the materials and equipment needed for installing roofs. And we can also assemble the parts of a prefabricated home.
ASSEMBLY OF CRANES
Assembling cranes "in flight" is not what would be considered as a rescue operation, but rather like the job of a surgeon where the pilot must work with infinite precision, on a mountain top of perhaps 50 metres. With our skills and equipment, we can assemble and disassemble cranes in extremely difficult to reach areas. This is the ultimate goal for every great pilot as one of the most complicated forms of transport.
ASSEMBLY OF PYLONS FOR POWER LINES AND CABLE CARS
HELI-TV SA has the greatest experience and absolute professionalism when studying and planning every job involving the transportation of equipment. We haul poles for the support and installation of ski lift lines, electric stringing cables, pylons, antennas, rockfall and avalanche barriers, aqueducts and other work where the only possible form of access is by helicopter.
REMOVAL OF TREES
Thanks to our helicopters and our highly qualified personnel, we can cut down trees in several parts in places where it is not possible to reach them on the ground (gardens, streets, on top of buildings).
FOREST SERVICE
The transporting of timber is one of our fortés because we have helicopters, special lines and ties that enable us to transport entire trees quickly with great accuracy.
TRIGGERING OF PLANNED AVALANCHES
One of HELI-TV SA's numerous special operations is the triggering of simulated avalanches to protect the slopes of a ski resort.
TRANSPORTATION OF ANIMALS
Thanks to special slings and by working in close cooperation with qualified veterinary staff, we are able to bring animals that are injured or stranded on steep terrain down to safety.
TRANSPORTATION OF PEOPLE IN THE EXTERNAL SLING
Thanks to our trained staff we are able to carry people in the external sling, which is fixed to the barycentric hook, to places where the helicopter cannot land - for example, to carry out repairs on pylons, poles or to help stranded animals.
